Our chocolate whisky is crafted through a meticulous process that begins with the selection of premium cocoa paste and cocoa butter sourced from around the world. These ingredients are carefully toasted and stored in French oak barrels. New-make whisky is then added to barrels previously containing cocoa extract, which are hand-plunged and left to mature for several years. During ageing, the cocoa flavours develop earthy, nutty notes. The blend is carefully filtered to highlight a smooth, mildly sweet dark-chocolate profile while removing bitter elements.
