Ash Tosh, a seasoned winemaker with 20 years of experience in New Zealand and Australia, has recently transitioned into the world of distillation. With a background in engineering, Ash has seamlessly integrated his extensive oenology knowledge with precise distillation science. His engineering expertise allows him to meticulously control the distillation process, ensuring the highest quality spirits. Drawing from two decades of crafting exceptional wines, Ash leverages his deep understanding of fermentation, flavour development, and Barrel aging to create unique and refined spirits. His innovative approach and commitment to excellence ensure that each bottle is a testament to his craft.
Ash is always looking for new ways of doing things. His intensity can be relentless but it also drives his great passion for winemaking & Distillation to grow Ancient Wisdom Brand. An entrepreneurial spirit and workaholic nature has developed Australian Liquor Company into a unique family that follows his vision to work with smart people to break the rules. On the weekends, Ash slows down a little when he is camping in the bush with his family.
