Whiskey – The Dark Side

Probably the flagship of the Ancient wisdom Spirit range, our traditional whiskey is distilled in our Italian made Barison Copper still with rectified columns. Following distillation, the clean full-bodied spirit is then matured in Ex-New Zealand & Australian Wine barrels. Selected barrels are heavily charred and thus impart a Smoky Peated Style aromatics to our whisky. Reflecting true craftsmanship and attention to detail that blends art & science, our traditional whisky truly represents the innovative spirit of Melbourne, Australia.
